If you are having a technical issue with the website or when ordering using PayPal’s Payment Processing you may

Below, you will find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we receive.

How do I order more than one item?
On the order page select the item you wish to order and select the button “Add to Cart”. This will take you to the Shopping Cart where you can use the + symbol next to the quantity to increase your order quantity. If you wish to continue ordering, select the link “Continue shopping” near the top of the page.

What if I do not wish to pay using PayPal?
PayPal is our Payment Processing method. However, you do not need a PayPal account. You may pay with a credit card or debit card as a Guest.

  • In the Shopping Cart select the button “Check Out” shown above “Pay without a PayPal Account”.

  • On the next page select the button “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”.

  • The next page shows “Check Out as a Guest”.

    • Enter your email so you can receive the order information.

    • Select the button “Continue to Payment”.

  • A page comes up that says, “Pay with debit or credit card”.

    • Fill this out and submit your order.

What if I try to pay with a credit card but I am continually returned to the same screen “Check out as a guest”?
Note if your problem is as explained below, the only way to order with a credit card without using PayPal is to call us at 830-393-7845 during business hours. We will process your order manually.

  • On the page “Check Out as a Guest”.

    • You enter your email to receive the order information.

    • If this is your first time on this page, below the button “Continue to Payment”, you will see, “Already have an account? Log in”.
      After selecting the button “Continue to Payment” if you are returned to this same page, look below the “Continue to Payment button”.

      • Does it say “ Continue as youremail… Log in”.

    • If so, it looks like PayPal believes your email is associated with a PayPal account and wants you to login.

    • If you can, try another email address.

    • This is an issue with PayPal Processing and out of our control.

    • Call us and we will process your order manually. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
