Return Policy

We have a 7-day Return Policy on food items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your food item to request a return, refund, or replacement. We have a 15-day Return Policy on non-food items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your non-food item to request a return, refund, or replacement.

We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We may ask for a photo verification of the product received. Incorrectly ordered food products may not be returned in compliance with Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies.

To be eligible for a Return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We may be able to help you with this.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

If the return is not due to damaged or incorrectly shipped items received from us, you may be responsible for paying your return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Regarding damaged food products we may request you send us a picture. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The package I received isn’t exactly what I ordered.
Check your order confirmation email first. If it doesn’t match the shipment and is our mistake, we will gladly work with you to get you the product(s) you need.

The package never arrived.
Check your order confirmation email first. Make sure the shipping address is correct. Your order is shipped to the address you provide in the Shopping Cart. If the address is correct and you still have not received the order after a reasonable amount of time, contact us, we will help.

Gift Cards and Sale Items
Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If the exchange is not due to damaged or incorrectly shipped items received from us, you may be responsible for paying your return shipping costs.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. However, food products may not be returned in compliance with Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies.
